By creating an account or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

HRManagement System provides a cloud-based HR management platform featuring modules for recruitment, payroll, performance tracking, and employee engagement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice, provided that such changes do not materially degrade the core functionality of the service for paid subscribers.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access full features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the service.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing, Payments & Refunds

Subscription Cycles: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes agreement to the new fees.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying based on your jurisdiction.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("User Content"). However, by using HRManagement System, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the HR services to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
  • Use the service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
  • Use the platform for any competitive analysis or to build a similar product.

7. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For users in the EU/EEA, HRManagement System acts as a Data Processor, and your organization acts as the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing employee data through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The HRManagement System name, logo, and all related software are the exclusive property of HRManagement System. No license is granted to you except for the limited right to use the service as described in your subscription plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRManagement System SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

HRManagement System is provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HRManagement System from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights.

12. Termination of Service

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

By Us: We may terminate your access for violation of these terms or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our primary servers.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of your registered business jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for small claims matters.
